  • Dust all exterior surfaces in all rooms
  • Mop and vacuum floors in all rooms.
  • Bedrooms (tidy up, change bed sheets/make bed, wipe down all exterior surfaces.
  • Bathrooms (toilet clean, shower, bathtub, sink, and handles)

If you cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel within 48 hours then you will receive a booking credit to your account that can be used for a future appointment. 

If you cancel with in 24 hours, it is a non refundable full charge. 

At Maids in San Diego, customer satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with the results, please let us know within 24 hours of the service completion, and we will book a re-clean to address any areas of concern promptly.

Absolutely! Please call us @ ‪(619) 630-5692‬ for a quote. We offer a white glove service to ensure your guests have a 5 star experience. We will handle the laundry and restocking as well! 

It is up to you! There is no need for you to be present if you leave entry instructions for us prior to your appointment. If you would feel more comfortable being present that works too!

If you sign up for a recurring cleaning appointment and request a particular team, we will do everything we can to ensure the same crew services your home each cleaning. If your team is unavailable for any reason we will always reach so you have an opportunity to reschedule if you would like.

Yes, we are licensed and insured! If anything happens during your clean please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. 

Yes, our cleaners are background-checked and go through an in-person evaluation!

Of course! Tipping is not required, but if you want to show your appreciation by leaving a tip, please do. 

The time is takes to clean a home will vary. However, we price per job and we will stay until the job is done! 

Yes we will bring all the cleaning supplies necessary to clean your home!
